Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and provide excellent customer service - Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently - Maintain a clean and organized front end area - Assist with food preparation and packaging as needed - Follow food safety guidelines to ensure the quality and safety of products - Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints in a professional manner - Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth operations
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in the food industry, hospitality, banquet, catering, restaurant, bartending, or customer service is preferred - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment - Attention to detail and ability to multitask - Basic knowledge of food safety regulations and practices - Ability to stand for extended periods of time We offer competitive pay and opportunities for growth within our organization.
