The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, assisting customers with their inquiries, processing transactions, and ensuring a seamless sales experience.
Responsibilities:
Assist customers in finding products or services.
Provide product information, demonstrations, and explanations to customers.
Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using POS systems.
Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints professionally and courteously.
Maintain a clean and organized sales area.
Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and targets.
Keep up-to-date with product knowledge and promotions.
Participate in inventory management by restocking shelves and monitoring stock levels.
Follow company policies and procedures regarding sales and customer service.
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in sales or customer service is a plus.
Proven experience in a customer service or sales role, preferably in a construction environment.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively in a team and independently.
Proficiency in using POS systems and basic computer skills.
Excellent problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric approach.
