Part-Time The Construction Coordinator is responsible for administrative support of our Pool Construction Division.
You will work directly with our owner, sales team, and construction vendors and suppliers to provide prompt, effective scheduling, service, resolution, and follow up for residential pool construction business.
What You Will Do:
o Work closely with ownership, guiding daily duties and responsibilities o Communicate with internal team and external partners to ensure appropriate information relay o Partner directly with vendors to schedule work and update project information o Research vendor invoices to ensure accuracy prior to submission to Accounting o Monthly inventory and reconciliation o Seek client change order approval o Review work completed from prior day to ensure integrity of photos and vendor notes o Generate and schedule work orders o Escalate issues, when necessary, according to company policies and guidelines.
o Consistently maintain departmental quality standards o Other duties as assigned by ownership o Attend weekly team meetings What You Bring With You:
o High school diploma or GED o Experienced and comfortable with MS Word, Excel, Outlook o Experience in construction and maintenance scheduling o Ability to read and understand construction documents o Strong customer service and listening skills o Able to multi-task and work well under pressure o Must possess strong communication and problem-solving skills o Able to communicate clear and concise instructions (English/Spanish) both verbally and in writing o Ability to maintain a positive attitude throughout each day o Must have computer experience and a comfort level navigating multiple databases o Ability to follow precise direction consistently and without continuous supervision What We Offer:
