Georgetown, TX Georgetown, TX Full-time Full-time $18 - $22 an hour $18 - $22 an hour 2 days ago 2 days ago 2 days ago Duties - Coordinate and schedule appointments, meetings, and events for the organization - Maintain and update calendars for multiple team members - Communicate with clients, vendors, and internal staff to confirm appointments and resolve scheduling conflicts - Assist in budgeting and tracking expenses related to scheduling activities - Manage and maintain filing systems for scheduling documents and records - Provide clerical support such as data entry, document preparation, and report generation Experience - Previous experience in a scheduling or administrative role preferred - Familiarity with phone systems and phone etiquette - Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple schedules simultaneously - Proficient in using office software applications such as Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) - Knowledge of human resources processes and procedures is a plus - Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion Note:

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
