Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily operations of the front desk, ensuring smooth and efficient guest check-in and check-out processes.
- Manage guest inquiries, requests, and complaints to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Train and supervise front desk staff, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Maintain accurate records of guest information, reservations, and transactions.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
- Monitor and maintain the cleanliness and appearance of the front desk area.
- Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate records of financial transactions.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as scheduling, inventory management, and report generation.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in hotel management or a similar role is preferred.
- Excellent guest service skills with a strong focus on guest relations.
- Knowledge of hospitality industry practices and standards.
- Bilingual or multilingual skills are a plus.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proficient in phone etiquette and customer service principles.
- Ability to handle difficult situations with professionalism and empathy.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in record keeping.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
