In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing exceptional service and ensuring a positive experience during their stay.
Responsibilities:
Greet guests warmly and assist with the check-in and check-out process.
Provide information about hotel amenities, services, and local attractions.
Handle guest inquiries, requests, and concerns professionally and promptly.
Process reservations, cancellations, and modifications accurately.
Maintain a clean and organized front desk area.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless guest experience.
Handle credit card transactions accurately and securely.
Assist with administrative tasks.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in a hotel front desk or customer service role is a plus.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
Ability to work well under pressure and handle challenging situations with a positive attitude.
Flexibility to work evening, weekend, and holiday shifts as required.
