30am - 5pm Purpose of Job Sales associates provide fast, friendly service by actively seeking out customers to assess their needs and provide assistance.
Sales associates maintain the condition of the sales floor, ensure that it is clean, and shoppable.
Job Components Provides fast, friendly service Actively seek out customers Offer a friendly greeting, smile, and make eye contact with customers Ask open ended questions in order to determine their needs Show interest in the customer Is knowledgeable about products Answer questions about merchandise Describe features and benefits of merchandise Drives Sales Discuss available options (good, better, best) Suggest related items Set and achieve personal sales goals Ensures department is in-stock, clean, and shoppable Work Environment:
Position requires sitting, standing, walking, bending, twisting, reaching, stooping, climbing, kneeling, and lifting and carrying up to 50 pounds.
Work involves some irregularities and difficulties, repetitive and varied tasks.
Possible delivery driving duties Primarily retail store setting, however, frequently exposed to dirt ,dust, fumes, temperature extremes, dampness and battery acid as is normal to warehouse environment in this business.
Stress associated with workplace pressure and the retail environment.

The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
